Ahlan wasahlan ya ramadhan

image

Wafiy and parents wish you happy fasting with the doa, may we get the best of ramadan..

sangat elok menggandakan amalan, tapi Jangan hipokrit kerana ramadan..

Thousands apologizes from us..let us make the most out of it.
*jangan telepek tidur je macam awang tiger ni*

motivation is nice.

salam wth…

yesterday i got a dr mat jizat’s class..

basically  what he taught was about organizing and organization..

but somehow we entered a psychology part..and i like what he gave as an example for this topic..

dr told us a story of his..which happened when he was a teacher back then..

he said he once taught maths for a class (tak ingat kelas apa, might be primary school or lower form class), where there was a student named kamarul (if i’m not mistaken).. he didn’t know how to read, write, calculate, and of course didn’t remember multiplication…

dr said he did his all out..canning too..(all out la kan bila dah sampai merotan)..

it came to no improvement..he kept thinking..how should he do??

then he took this special approach..

he called the most beautiful (ini apa dia cakap la kan) girl in the class, and asked her:

“boleh tolong cikgu tak?”

“boleh.tolong apa cikgu?” – sofia

“tulis surat pada kamarul. suruh dia belajar.”

the next day, sofia showed the letter and the teacher proceeded and agreed it to be sent.

they waited for a reply, and it happened to be a week after that. what took him so long? maybe because he could not read and write well…

in the letter, he spelled wrongly most of the words, but the main point is he said “saya janji.saya akan belajar”.

then, school holiday came. 3 weeks of break.

when the school opened again, kamarul showed tremendous excellent performance in class.

dr said he passed the subject, the LCE exam, and be a policeman.

he came to see dr and said thank you for doing such an approach. without dr’s effort, he won’t be what he has be now..

stunning.

dr was very creative to think that way.

he played with other’s psychology in order to help him.

motivation is nice.

assignment, bayam, hemoglobin, a nice speech..

salam wth…

left with one last assignment to be submitted, i already entered lazy mode…bermalasan + melepek mode…
who has high tip top spirit to complete her assignment all out when every one of the friends already put ‘merdeka’, ‘lega habis exam’ and ‘balik kampung..’ as their status in facebook just to show how enjoyable the situation is… hish…

today i supposed to submit one assignment…i was soooo kelam kabut since there were a lot more to print while the time was showing 3 o’clock….
and to make the story reaallll good, the printer ink was out… oh my…this is the time…the time Allah wanted to test…
ok..cool down syifa..cool…think .. think..
print at library? photocopy shop? which one is saving more time?
Photobucket
clock’s ticking…4 o’clock….office would nearly be closed…
thinking and thinking…my yahoo notifier showed " new email from prof bahar"….
oh my….here it comes…now prof wanna say "syifa, you are the only one who are not submitting..so your grade will be deducted" ke? >> that’s the only thing probability that i could think at the time…
with one last breath, i opened it and prof said, "i changed the dateline to monday, 19th…tell others"
whoaaa…grinning at myself…and said "thank god…Allah helped me…phewww"

a piece of story of mine for today…
nak share yang semalam punya pulak…heheh…
doing my monthly check up at hospital utm, the doctor and one nurse on duty had brainwashed me for letting my hemoglobin down to 8.4 …
makin bising la mereka…hehe..dalam kad pun nurse siap tanda dengan pen merah lagi..so that the next doctor at the next appointment will check the hemoglobin progress…
then they asked to eat a lotttt of bayam merah aka spinach… ada lagi benda lain kena makan..tapi saya ni tak berapa makan..so saya decide nak makan bayam merah je…

week 26: EYE see you!

pregnancy calendar

Fetal development in pregnancy week 26:

At long last, your little swimmer can see the womb! Your miracle’s
little eyelids have finally separated (they were fused closed
previously) and they’re probably having their first moments of sight as
you read this (or maybe it already happened while you were brushing
your teeth or watching Oprah or something). In addition to seeing their
little studio in your belly, they’ve recently acquired the ability to
say “yes” and “no” in rudimentary sign language as they can now move
their head back and forth. This is also the time where your little
super star’s head hair is starting to grow! A cute little cowlick or
two may be springing into position right now, getting ready for years
of cute-but-stubborn bed-head. Also, their toenails have grown in and
you little raisin continues to slowly pile up fat beneath their
still-loose skin. Most importantly, brain tissue and neurons are all
developing at a rapid pace, increasing their (genius-level?) brain
activity and will continue to function at accelerated levels for the
first seven to eight years of childhood!

bahasa tubuh

a) Tangan terlipat di depan dada:
Tanda menolak, defensif.

b) Tangan diletakkan di bawah dagu:
Tanda sedang menganalisis, tengah berfikir serius.

Sombong, superior. (dengan lain perkataan, berlagak!)

d) Mengetuk-ngetuk jari di meja, menopang dagu:
Tidak sabar, bosan.

e) Menganggu-angguk kepala:
Setuju,
mengerti. (kalau angguk kepala tak berenti tu, kire paham bebenorler
kiranya…so cecepatler habiskan sebarang usul yg dibentangkan tu :D)

f) Sentiasa menggoyangkan kaki/kaki tak berhenti bergerak-gerak:
Panik, bingung. (tak pun tak sesabor nak ke bilik ayor kot…)

g) Menggerak-gerakkan alat tulis pen/pensil:
Tu tandanya tak fokus, bosan.

life is not a problem~

Life is not a problem to be solved, but a gift to be enjoyed

Instructions for stimulus control management for sleep problems:

    1. Try to sleep only when you are drowsy.

    2. If you are unable to fall asleep or stay asleep, leave your bedroom and engage in a quiet activity elsewhere. Do not permit yourself to fall asleep outside the bedroom. Return to bed when– and only when — you are sleepy. Repeat this process as often as necessary throughout the night.

    3. Maintain a regular arise time, even on days off work and on weekends.

    4. Use your bedroom only for sleep.

    5. Avoid napping during the daytime. If daytime sleepiness becomes overwhelming, limit naptime to a single nap of less than 1 hour, no later than 3 p.m.

    Sleep Hygiene Instructions:

 1. Avoid caffeine within four to six hours of bedtime.

2. Avoid the use of nicotine close to bedtime or during the night.

3. Do not drink alcoholic beverages within four to six hours of bedtime.

4. While a light snack before bedtime can help promote sound sleep, avoid large meals.

5. Avoid strenuous exercise within 6 hours of bedtime.

6. Minimize light, noise, and extremes in temperature in the bedroom.
